Directions:
Upon exiting the station, please turn left onto Great Eastern Road in the direction of the Theatre Square. Take the first left turn onto Angel Lane. After approximately 100m take the first right turn onto Windmill Lane (The Railway Tavern Hotel is located on the corner). Proceed along Windmill Lane; the entrance to Stratford is located on the right-hand side, directly following the Alphabet House Nursery.

BY TUBE:
Take the Central Line, Jubilee Line or DLR to Stratford and exit the station. Proceed left along Great Eastern Road. Take the first left onto Angel Lane followed by the first right turn onto Windmill Lane. The entrance to the 24 hour concierge at Stratford is located on the right hand side.

BY RAIL:
Take the Mainline train to Stratford and exit the station. Proceed left along Great Eastern Road. Take the first left onto Angel Lane followed by the first right turn onto Windmill Lane. The entrance to the 24 hour concierge at Stratford is located on the right hand side.

BY CAR:
Proceed on the left hand lane along Great Eastern Road. Turn left onto Angel Lane followed by the first right turn onto Windmill Lane.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation and amendment deadline is 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time.

Please note that reservations made for “non-refundable” apartment types as stated in the apartment type name are non changeable and non refundable. Please be aware that for those reservations no refund will be made at any point and for any reason.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

Any reservation – excluding “non-refundable” reservations - cancelled more than 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

Any reservation amended - excluding “non-refundable” reservations - (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then there will be no refund.

Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.

Any reservation made or arriving within 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled on time prior to arrival will also incur a full charge.

Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', the entire amount paid will be non refundable.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to availability and in the case of the stay being reduced, the total amount paid for the original stay will be non-refundable.
